Ensure that the team is concentrating on the “Right Work”.  By focusing on the right work, a team can accomplish their goals and objectives within a shorter period of time.

Evaluations and assessments should be conducted to review and inspect the overall effectiveness of a process, procedure, or tool.

 Strategize.  

Identify and develop "essential questions" to help shape discussions.  Review current processes and pin point best practices.

 

Innovate.  

Suggest tools/techniques that will help facilitate consistent collaboration and also align with processes previously outlined.
